The case for investing in more sustainable, resilient infrastructure has never been more compelling as now, says a new report from the Global Infrastructure Facility and Swiss Re Institute.
On January 14, a new joint GIF and Swiss Re Institute report was published, called "Closing the Infrastructure Gap: Mobilising Institutional Investment into Sustainable, Quality Infrastructure in Emerging Markets and Developing Economies", that outlines five key action areas to move the needle in the right direction—toward bridging the infrastructure financing gap and addressing the urgency to build back better as part of the economic recovery efforts in a post-COVID-19 environment.
