GIF Contributions
This PDA focused on assisting the Plan Belgrano team in structuring the PPP arrangements for two pilot projects. The GoA had also identified irrigation projects that might be suitable candidates for PPP interventions, and selected 4 pilots among them, which feasibility was assessed through this PDA. GIF funding in this PDA gave the World Bank team enough flexibility to adapt their strategy, in a context of changing circumstances.
