The Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF) is pleased to present its 2025 Annual Highlights Report (AHR), which showcases recent successes in mobilizing private capital for infrastructure project preparation across a diversified global portfolio. The report features opening messages from GIF leadership and highlights the GIF’s key accomplishments, including supporting Kenya’s first PPP to ease chronic water shortages, partnering with the Philippines to double light rail capacity in Metro Manila, and enabling a renewable-powered data center in the Kyrgyz Republic. It also features connectivity and integration as a key strategic priority guiding GIF commitments in emerging markets and developing economies.
